Returns
At Pathfinder Fitness, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear. If for any
reason your purchase is not quite right, we offer a 30-day return window from the date
your order is delivered.
Items must be:
• Unworn and unwashed
• In their original condition
• Returned with original tags and packaging
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Approved
refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days
for the refund to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item received was faulty or
incorrect.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you require a different size or item, please
return the original product for a refund and place a new order.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is faulty or
incorrect. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of
delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.
